The Beginning

How We Met

We met in [year] at [place]. [Tell the story — who introduced you, the first impression, the moment something clicked. A few honest sentences are perfect.]

Falling in Love

Our Journey

[A milestone or two — a first trip, moving in together, an inside joke, the moment you each knew this was it.]

The Question

The Proposal

On [date], at [place], [tell how it happened and the reaction]. And then we said yes to forever.

And now the best part — celebrating with all of you in Guadalajara.

Flights & Airport

Fly into Guadalajara International Airport (GDL), about 30–40 minutes from downtown. From the airport, take an authorized airport taxi or Uber/Didi to your hotel.

Don't Forget

Travel Documents

A valid passport is required to enter Mexico. Please check your expiration date now and renew early if needed — passports can take time to process.

We're providing group shuttles so no one has to worry about driving in an unfamiliar city — especially with the celebration running late into the night. Here's the plan for the day.

3:00 PM

After the Ceremony

The ceremony ends and guests return to the hotel to freshen up. You'll have time to relax before the shuttle departs.

4:30 PM

Shuttle to the Venue

Group shuttles depart from NH Collection Guadalajara to Finca by Alofa in Huaxtla (about a 40–60 minute ride). Please be at the pickup point by 4:15 PM.

1:15 & 2:00 AM

Return to the Hotel

Two return shuttles will run from the venue back to the hotel — an earlier one at 1:15 AM and the final one at 2:00 AM. Choose whichever fits your night.

Join Us in Tequila

The celebration doesn't have to end Saturday night! On Sunday we're heading to the town of Tequila, about an hour away, and we'd love for you to come along. Details coming soon: meeting point, time, transportation, and cost.

Yes. A valid passport is required to enter Mexico. Please check your expiration date and renew early if needed.

Please refer to your invitation for who is included in your party. If you have any questions, just reach out to us.

November in Jalisco is lovely — warm, dry days around 80°F (27°C) and cooler evenings. Bring a light layer for the outdoor reception.

Make your own way to the church for the ceremony, then catch our group shuttle from the hotel at 4:30 PM to the venue. See the Transportation page for full details.
